PAYMENT POLICIES



For U.S.A. Customers


U.S.A. Customers of Faith Diamonds may chose from below payment methods:

  • Bank wire transfer. Bank wire transfer orders receive a 1.5% discount from our listed price. Many customers purchasing items valued over $1,000 prefer paying by bank wire transfer, since the 1.5% discount will exceed the bank wire fee. We must receive confirmation from our bank that a wire transfer has been completed before items can be shipped.
  • Certified check. When paying by certified check, the check has to be deposited by Faith Diamonds before items can be shipped. Each certified check must be drawn from a US bank account.
  • Money order. When paying by money order, the money order has to be deposited by Faith Diamonds before items can be shipped. Each money order must be drawn from a US bank account.
  • Credit cards. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal. For security purposes, credit card orders will only be shipped to an address on file with the credit card company.
  • PayPal.
  • Personal check. When paying by personal check, the check has to be deposited by Faith Diamonds before items can be shipped. Each personal check must be drawn from a US bank account. Personal checks must also have the customer's name and address imprinted on the front of the check.


After you fill out the Payment Form, you will be contacted by Faith Diamonds by email with invoice and detailed payment instructions.

Faith Diamonds may also request additional documentation (such as photocopy of driver's license, photocopy of credit card, etc) on some transactions.

For International Customers


All international orders must be paid via bank wire transfer or PayPal. For bank wire transfer, we must receive confirmation from our bank that a wire transfer has been completed before items can be shipped. Bank wire transfer orders receive a 1.5% discount from our listed price.

Fraud Protection


For every order, within 24 hours of your order placement, Faith Diamonds will contact you by phone or email and discuss the order with you before we capture any funds regardless of your payment method. We will never charge your credit card or ship an order without discussing it with you about your order by phone or email first.

Sales Tax


Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Illinois (6.25%).



SHIPPING POLICIES


At the time your order is placed, Faith Diamonds will collect your shipping address. For your own protection we require that all orders paid via credit card are shipped to a valid address on file with the credit card company. Orders paid in advance via bank wire may be shipped to the address of your choice.

Shipping within U.S.A.


FaithDiamons.com is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to all 50 U.S. states for orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to $8 standard shipping and handling fee.

You may upgrade the default shipment method to Express Shipping for a flat $20 fee.

All items are securely packaged and fully insured until delivered to your home or office. Faith Diamonds requires that all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address only. PO Box addresses are not allowed.

Faith Diamonds always requires an adult to sign for the package.

International Shipping


For customers residing outside the United States of America, FaithDiamons.com charges a shipping charge of $80 US. International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country.

Delivery Time


Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days from when your order was placed. If you require an expedited order, please email us at support@FaithDiamonds.com to discuss special shipping arrangements.


CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICIES


Items special ordered, altered, cut, or customized to your specifications cannot be canceled or accepted for refund or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Cancellations


Once an online order has been submitted, you will need to send email to support@FaithDiamonds.com to determine whether your order can be changed or canceled.

Returns and Exchanges


We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return or exchange anything except special ordered, altered, cut, or customized items, within 30 days of receiving your order. Please follow bellow steps for return or exchange.

    1. Obtain the Return Authorization Code: In order to process a return or exchange, simply contact our Customer Service department by sending email to return@FaithDiamonds.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Packages without a return authorization number (RAN) will not be accepted for return. If you choose to return the item, rather than replace it, we will charge a 15% restocking fee and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. If you need an exchange, we will not charge a 15% restocking fee, however your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

    2. Packing your order: Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials (envelopes, bags, boxes, etc.), the original invoice, packing slip, and the diamond certificate if the diamond was originally accompanied with a laboratory certificate If appropriate, pack in a plainly wrapped cardboard box. Write the return authorization number (RAN) on the outside of the package you are returning. A $10 service fee will be charged if the original invoice is not returned. A $200 replacement fee will be charged if the original diamond certificate is not returned. Improperly packaged items will not be accepted.

     NOTE: Do not write FaithDiamonds (instead, address to Elitec Global Inc.), jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites theft.

    3. Shipment and Insurance: Always insure your package. Uninsured items will not be accepted. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

        i. Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
        ii. More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail or UPS, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Elitec Global Inc. (FedEx?will not insure merchandise over $500.)

    4. Our gemologists will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Returns take approximately 2 business days to process upon receipt of the item. In the case of return, Faith Diamonds will refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. All refunds will be done in the form of the original purchase method except for bank wires, which are refunded via company check.
